ONLINE ORDERS
When you place an order with us here at Boo and Beyond, ideally, it will leave the store within 24 hours, however, there will be circumstances beyond our control when this is not possible but we will always make you aware of this either via the contact telephone number or email that you provided us with at checkout.
Great care is taken to choose your items and pack them responsibly by us at Boo and Beyond. Your items will be thoroughly checked for quality control before leaving us and should arrive with you in perfect condition.

SHIPPING
Shipping will normally take place within 24 hours of placing your order. Depending on the size of your order, it may well turn out less expensive to send your items with a courier, where ever we can save you money on the cost of postage. If you would prefer for us NOT to use a courier for your items, please let us know at the point of order in the "additional info" box.

GIFT SHIPPING
Gift shipping is available on all items, they will be packed into a gift bag tissue paper and then boxed for shipping to your chosen destination. We can also add a small gift card with your choice of message (this will be clearly hand written onto the card to go in with your gift). Please request GIFT PACKAGING with details at time of purchase in the "additional info" box.

RETURNS
All items we send out will have been thoroughly checked for quality control, this means that ALL seams and stitching will have been inspected for any defects and eyes will have been checked for marks or scratches. We understand that your standards are high and, therefore, so are ours!

If however, for any reason, you are not happy with the item we send you, please get in touch within 14 days from the date on your despatch ticket so that we can try to resolve any problems you may have with your order.
